No Cash Refunds - Credit Only (to expire in one year.) Those canceling less than 12 hours in advance will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

NO-SHOWS at the airport (when you do not call us in case of delays, missed connections or cancelled trips) will be charged FULL PRICE. |

WHERE TO MEET YOUR DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT |

Driver Meeting Place - For Nashville Airport: |
|

After you pick up your luggage at the baggage Claim Level, proceed down one level to Ground Transportation (the same floor as the rental car companies).
From the Ground Level, go outside the building and cross a small street. You will see signs – Shuttles (pointing to left) – Limousines (pointing to right).
Go to the right. We will be parked at the curb. Look for a van with the signs – Southern Skies Airport Xpress. |

We will greet you at the bottom of the escalator at the Baggage Claim. We will have a sign with your name on it. |

HOW DO I HANDLE THE GRATUITY FOR THE DRIVER?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a restaurant. We leave the gratuity at the discretion of the passenger.
You can either pay your driver cash or we can add the gratuity at the time of your credit card transaction. Please remember you will more than likely encounter
two different drivers for roundtrip transportation. |
